Even after a few days of placing my order, there has been no update, or response on any communication channels. My attempts of even calling on the contact number mentioned in the website were unreachable. Only after contacting the OTTO facebook page I received an answer. Customer purchases are not well handled, even after completing the payment. Poor performance, irresponsible services, and lack of care. Recommend actions to improve customer service and respond promptly.
